We want to hear from you.
Your feedback helps us improve the student experience at The Gordon. Whether you have a suggestion, complaint or compliment, we want to know about it.
If something has gone well, tell us. If something could be better, tell us that too by completing the feedback form.
We understand that raising a concern can be difficult to do. The information below explains the process and what to expect. We will work with you to understand your concerns and respond as quickly as possible.
Before you submit
Please include your contact details so we can respond to you and follow up if needed.
You can submit feedback anonymously, but this may limit our ability to investigate or respond. If you provide personal information, it will be managed in accordance with The Gordon's Information Privacy Policy. If your feedback is about this website, please send an email using this Site Error Report link.
Making a complaint
Step 1: Try to resolve the issue informally
If you feel comfortable, speak with the person involved or their manager as soon as possible. Many issues can be resolved through a conversation. You can bring a support person with you to any meeting.
If you do not feel comfortable speaking directly with the person involved, you can submit the feedback form instead.
Step 2: Make a formal complaint
If the issue is not resolved, or if it is serious, you can make a formal complaint using the link below.
The Gordon's Health Safety and Wellness team manages formal complaints and follows the Complaints and Appeals Policy.
Step 3: Appeal the outcome
If you have been through The Gordon's complaints process and are not satisfied with the outcome, you may be able to request an external review.
Most external organisations will ask that you complete The Gordon's internal complaints process before they consider your case
